Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping is never fun to pay for, so it will always be free to our customers.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Intrism ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order completes its origin scan. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Intrism is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


If you received your order damaged, you may contact us for an exchange. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Intrism will cover all return shipping cost(s).

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United States, but are working on doing so as soon as possible.


Returns & Refunds

We know you will love Intrism Pro, so it comes with our happiness guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may contact us for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchasing, no questions asked.

Exchanges and refunds are processed upon receipt of return tracking number or returned unit in-hand.

Intrism is not responsible for damage to our products resulting from user error. Replacement components for Intrism Pro can be purchased from our online shop.
